The Mindware Skill Development Centre trains candidates from Nicobar and across Andaman and Nicobar Islands in practical, job-ready skills. Classes are taught by people with years of experience in their trade, so you learn how the work is actually done - tools, safety, quality and dealing with customers.
You attend online, 4 hours a day, 2 days a week, for 3 months. Practical sessions and internships take place at our Dwarka, New Delhi centre and with partner companies.

You can choose from 2,125+ skills across 42 sectors, including plumbing, electrical, driving, motor mechanics, carpentry, cobbling, tailoring, beauty, healthcare, IT and digital marketing.
The application form fee is Rs. 125 including GST. Shortlisted candidates pay Rs. 12,600 for the 3-month course - the same for every skill.
A batch starts once enough shortlisted candidates choose the same skill. Batch formation takes a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 6 months.
